DataBill clients benefit in terms of service, care and control because we are managed by owners and owned by managers. The experience of the senior management team covers virtually all phases of print, mail and fulfillment services. Each brings a unique perspective and experience to our comprehensive suite of services. These owner-managers are involved in daily operations and are always available to work with our clients and employees.

 

Kevin Ramsell, President, a native of Waterloo Iowa, has more than 20 years' experience in the sales and management of information systems, printing systems and fulfillment operations for companies including IBM and Xerox. He graduated with honors from U of Northern Iowa with a BA in finance and has an MBA from Drake University. He has been both a provider of fulfillment services and a consultant to the statement processing industry. In addition to working in large companies, he was successful in a number of new startups prior to joining DataBill.

 

Steve Richards, General Manager, a native of Hutchinson Minnesota, is an honors graduate in business finance from the University of St Thomas and a graduate of the Arizona State University Law School. He has extensive operational experience in several industries, including banking.

Mr. Richards was a board member of eight banks, a major stockholder and an officer of a publicly traded holding company and sat on the loan and portfolio review committees of these institutions. This has afforded him a firsthand understanding of the critical nature of receivables collection.

He was also operations officer for two startup companies, one of which grew to a staff of 240 employees and was in charge of all mergers and acquisitions for these companies.

 

John Kloian III, Vice President IT, a native of Milford Michigan, has been an entrepreneur since graduating with honors from DeVry Institute of Technology with a BS in EET. Upon graduation, Mr. Kloian started a successful technology consulting firm which focused on helping businesses incorporate technology into their operations.

He then helped develop the world's first route optimization technology for BGP and co-founded Opnix, Inc. around that technology. As the firm's co-founder, he helped craft the business and marketing plan and helped to raise the initial venture capital. Mr. Kloian served on the board of directors and as the CTO of Opnix until 2002.

Mr. Kloian brings to his position a strong understanding of both business and technology. Along with advanced problem solving skills, he has a proven ability to help develop powerful technological solutions that have positively affected the bottom-line of DataBill and its clients.
